The first and essential step, without which cooperation cannot be started, is: request submission. Regardless of whether you already know what you are looking for or you don't have a clear vision yet, our qualified advisors will help you choose packaging that fully meets the needs of your product. We will help you select individual packaging elements - such as a bottle, jar or appropriate closure, but also entire series of containers that will form the basis of an entire collection of cosmetic novelties.

Once we have determined your preferences, we send the corresponding patterns so that you can make sure of your choice or dispel your doubts if you are still hesitating about making the final decision. Once you have carefully examined the packaging we offer and answered all your questions, you are ready to place your order.

          Now, assuming your order is for a series of packages, we need to match the appropriate dye and confirm the color. It happens that the color of the individual packages you choose differs slightly. Fortunately, there is no problem that cannot be solved - we personally make sure that in such cases we communicate with producers who use different dyes. Usually, thanks to constantly maintained positive relationships with our suppliers, we can establish one common denominator and our contractors agree to use exactly the same dye in production.

Print directly on the packaging this is one of the services we offer. If you have chosen one, our purchasing specialist personally checks the quality of their workmanship during tests. In case of any imperfections, thanks to his ongoing supervision, the machine settings are corrected immediately. Thanks to the watchful eye of our colleague, we achieve the expected effect, and the adhesion and quality of the print can be confirmed by tests performed in our quality control laboratory.

We approve the packaging, production time to start. Lead times vary not only depending on the manufacturer, but there are also discrepancies between individual products. If you want to receive the entire order in one delivery, we plan production so that each of the products you order reaches our warehouse within a similar time.

Time for quality control the packaging itself. Sometimes it turns out that despite vigilance and accuracy, there are minor defects, e.g. on the thread. Due to the fact that such a defect may affect the tightness, we carry out tests in a vacuum chamber. Of course, we are fully responsible for filing a complaint and require the manufacturer to replace the entire product if it does not meet technical and quality standards. In each case, we inform you about the tests and our observations. However, when the detected defect does not affect the quality of the packaging and is invisible after completion, with your approval the goods can successfully continue their journey. However, we will make sure to negotiate a discount from the manufacturer as compensation ????

After performing strict tests of the remaining packages from the order, we send everything for printing. Since the tests have already been performed earlier, now all you need to do is print everything in accordance with the established guidelines, using appropriately selected machine settings. Then the quality control department checks once again whether everything looks correct and meets your expectations.

The last stage ahead of us – delivery date scheduled, the entire order has been completed. The logistics department prepares the documents and we order transport. And that's all - you receive your packaging on time, and after a few months we receive news that the new series of cosmetics has been enthusiastically received by customers and is extremely popular.
