Skin care under the eyes is a delicate matter

The skin around the eyes is very delicate and sensitive, even several times thinner than in other parts of the face - it is only about 0,5 mm! For this reason, the eye area loses firmness the fastest and is the first to appear wrinkles. They also have weaker blood and lymph circulation, which is sometimes manifested by the formation of swelling, i.e. bags under the eyes. But exceptional delicacy also means greater permeability for active substances contained in cosmetics. Therefore, with proper care, you can effectively minimize the signs of fatigue and the passage of time.

When caring for the eye area, both the composition of cosmetics, which should differ from those intended for the rest of the face, and the method of applying them, are very important. Substances with soothing, moisturizing and brightening properties work best for the skin under the eyes, such as: natural plant extracts, e.g. aloe, arnica, marigold or linseed. By actively moisturizing the skin, they reduce wrinkles and irritation. Cosmetics intended for care around the eyes are often equipped with massage attachments. This allows for the simultaneous application of the product and massage, which by stimulating microcirculation has a positive effect on the absorption of cream or serum ingredients and the even distribution of the preparation. Massage attachments can be available with one or more balls and made of plastic, glass or metal. The latter, in addition to providing a beneficial lymphatic massage for the eye area, also provide a cooling effect - recommended especially for swelling, i.e. bags under the eyes. The massage itself improves skin tension and strengthens blood vessels. Properly performed, i.e. on the area under the eye from the outside in, and vice versa on the eyebrow arch, in combination with a cosmetic well matched to your needs, it can even rejuvenate the appearance of the skin around the eyes.

This effect is very desired by women, which is why more and more cosmetic companies decide to include eye care products in packaging with a massage tip in their offer. From a range of options, manufacturers can choose massager tubes or roll-on bottles made of glass or plastic. We especially recommend a new product from our offer - a glass mini roll-on, available in eight- and twelve-milliliter versions, intended for face and eye products. It is perfect as a packaging for serums or oils, increasing their absorption and effect on the skin thanks to the massage tip with three glass balls.
